Today we followed in the footsteps of world leaders and superstars who climbed the steep, stone spiral staircase to kiss the Blarney Stone! It's said that once you do, you'll be granted the gift of eloquence and never be at a loss for words again.

LuAnn had reservations about kissing the...

This charming seafront marina is the perfect spot for visitors wishing to do a little walking, shopping, and sightseeing. LuAnn and I chose to explore the town on our own. We were delighted when we disembarked the tender and were handed a map by a member of the Guernsey's Visitor Bureau. The map...

LuAnn and I enjoyed brunch on the ship while overlooking the magnificent white cliffs of Dover, England.

That afternoon, we joined a tour to Canterbury Cathedral and the surrounding town. The massive cathedral is famously known for the murder of Archbishop Thomas Becket in 1170. There are...

How do you make the most of 24 hours in Amsterdam? Explore the streets by foot, cruise the canals by boat, and enjoy watching the hustle and bustle from one of the many sidewalk cafes.

After flying overnight from New York, LuAnn and I (Melissa) arrived in Amsterdam to find ourselves...

Today we had a Sauternes tour; Exclusive Artisanal lunch & wine pairing at Chateau d'Arche followed by a visit to another vineyard and wine tasting. This area is known for its sweet wines. We were a bit skeptical about drinking sweet white wines with our lunch, but they were expertly paired....

Saint-Emilion. This is such a picturesque and hilly village. The picture that I took overlooking the rooftops, is one of my favorites.

Walking through one of the courtyards, we saw this photogenic little guy. He very patiently waited for his owner to take the picture. From what I was told,...

Today was a full day Bergerac walking tour, which included the Farmers Market, and also a walking tour of Chateau Monbazillac. Statues of Cyrano de Bergerac are found everywhere in this village. As we were told the story of Cyrano, we all immediately thought of Steve Martin. If you haven't see...
